"An Old Fashion Christmas" is this years theme for the Hot Springs Christmas Parade. The parade route will begin at the Central and Whittington Avenues intersection. Can goods to be donated from each participant on the floats. Collection barrels will also be along the parade route for can good donations from parade viewers. These donations will benefit all area shelters.
