Hot Springs Convention Center is seeking a Senior Operations Manager with a background in facilities or hotels. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of management experience and be able to oversee housekeeping, audio/visual, set-up and maintenance departments. This manager will assist the Director of Operations and serve as the manager on duty when the Director is off the property. 

College degree or vocational training in building services or five years of experience in a related field is preferred. Advanced computer skills are required.
