Where is the Hot Springs Convention Center/Bank OZK Arena?

  • With more than 4,000 hotel rooms in the area and 442 rooms adjacent to the convention center, there is something for everyone. A list of hotels is available on our website and our sales team will be happy to help you find a good match for your group.

Are you a union facility?

  • We are a non-union facility.

How far are the airports from Hot Springs?

  • Located just 55 miles and an easy drive from the Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport.
  • Hot Springs Airport is just minutes away with service from Dallas and Memphis.

What is the total square footage of the Hot Springs Convention Center?

  • At 360,000 square feet of total space - we're the largest convention center in Arkansas!
    • 108,000 square feet is contiguous space with easy access and can be divided into 3 Halls and Bank OZK Arena.
    • 15 meeting rooms that range from 345 up to 1904 square feet and many are modular to accommodate larger capacity needs.
    • Horner Hall, the ballroom, is 16,000 square feet.

What facility amenities do you offer?

  • 7 loading dock slips are available, 2 with motorized dock plates, all with easy access from Church Street (the rear side of the convention center)
  • Roll Up Door Clearances:
    • 13'W x 14'H at Halls A, B, & C
  • State of art lighting and sound in Horner Hall.
  • Outdoor event area adjacent to the convention center.
  • Complimentary registration services for groups of 100+ including personalized website registration, name badges and registrars.

What items are prohibited?

  • Prohibited items include, but may not be limited to, the following:
    • Weapons of any kind
    • Knives of any kind
    • Firearms of any kind
    • Fireworks or pyrotechnics of any kind
    • Outside food or beverage
    • Beach balls
    • Frisbees
    • Confetti
    • Streamers
    • Laser Pointers
    • Helium balloons
    • Noise-making devices
    • Audio and video recording devices (EXCEPT cell phones and authorized media equipment)
    • Any other items deemed by staff and/or event organizers to be a potential safety or security threat

What Audio/Visual options are available?

  • All of our meeting rooms are equipped with laser projectors, wall mounted screens, a podium and a single wireless handheld microphone which is included in the rental of the meeting room.
  • Complimentary high-speed wi-fi with over 85 access points for optimal, facility wide coverage.
  • If your needs are a bit more complex, our A/V team will be happy to provide you with an estimate.
