The Lost World of Dragons at Mid-America Science Museum

The Lost World of Dragons invites visitors to explore the global mythology of dragons through an immersive and interactive experience. The exhibit features seven life-size animatronic dragons with realistic movement and sound, as well as hands-on displays that explore the origins and cultural significance of dragon legends across continents. Guests will learn about how these myths have shaped human understanding through history, science, literature, and art. As part of the experience, visitors can create their own dragon stories using stop-motion animation tools.
