Hot Springs National Park has selected Jamie Craddock as the 2024 Artist-in-Residence
(AIR). Craddock will complete a month-long residency at the park from Oct. 1-31, in which she will utilize the natural and cultural resources to inform and inspire her artwork. During her residency, she will host two public programs to offer members of the public a unique experience and forge a connection to her art and the park. She will also participate in the 4th annual Hot Springs Water Festival on Arlington Lawn on Saturday, October 26th.
Craddock will teach two watercolor sketching workshops during her residency: one on Wednesday, October 9th at 3pm on Arlington Lawn and the other on Saturday, October 19th at 2pm in Gulpha Gorge Campground.
