HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK, Arkansas — Hot times in the downtown this June when Hot Springs’ tremendously popular series of free public Bridge Street LIVE concerts returns for the sixth year.
The concerts, which are held each Thursday evening in June in the Bridge Street Entertainment District — scene of the city’s globally famous World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade — will get the crowds dancin’ with bands that range from a hot funk group to a Jimmy Buffett tribute band.
“Get ready, Hot Springs,” said Visit Hot Springs Special Events Manager Alexis Hampo, “this Bridge Street LIVE series is going to be the best yet.”
“We've got a really great mix of tribute and cover bands and a whole night of local rock bands that are ready to blow you away,” Hampo said.
“Bridge Street LIVE is just such a fun event and it's made for everybody, plus it's free and in the heart of beautiful, downtown Hot Springs.”
This year’s entertainment will feature these bands:
• June 4 - Funk Factory
• June 11 - Bluffett (Jimmy Buffet tribute)
• June 18 - Arkansas Night with three local bands: OSO, Bad Habit and DeFrance
• June 25 - The Fabulous Freddie Mercury Tribute band
• Funk Factory, which bills itself as “the hottest party band in the Mid-South,” covers a wide spectrum of music from Motown soul to guitar soloin’ rock & roll, from smooth Sinatra jazz to modern pop, and some boot scoot and boogie country. Their high-energy lead vocalists have huge vocal ranges and even bigger personalities. They'll have everybody, from the youngest to the oldest, on the dance floor all night long.
• Bluffett takes on the atmosphere of a genuine Jimmy Buffett concert, right down to the audience participation and enjoyment and energy that goes with it. Break out the Hawaiian shirts and beach sandals and start steaming the clams and let Bluffett set the beach-pace and take you to Margaritaville.
• The state-based Arkansas Night of Bridge Street LIVE will feature three bands:
(1) Bad Habit, which has built a reputation as one of Arkansas’ most exciting and versatile cover bands known for their high-energy performances, passionate musicianship, and commitment to playing every song “like the record.” They were the winners of AY Magazine’s “Best Local Musicians” (2024 & 2025) and Arkansas Times’ “Best Rock Band.” Their shows are a celebration of music’s ability to connect generations — from parents who grew up on The Eagles and Lynyrd Skynyrd to kids who know every word to The Jonas Brothers.
(2) OSO is a Hot Springs band that blends R&B, rock and funk into one unforgettable sound. OSO brings together some of Hot Springs’ most talented musicians, united by a love for music that moves people, playing a mix of laid-back grooves, soulful rhythm or high-energy jams. Every OSO show is a good-vibe experience. Band members include Sarah Bear Lee, Robert Zunick, Mitchell Lowe, Kyle Manning, Ambiance Martinez and Ken Lambert.
(3) DeFrance, formed in Little Rock, has been making waves in the music scene with their authentic rock sound. The band has been praised for their commitment to their craft, with American Songwriter noting their "relentless" work ethic and ability to "deliver on your first impressions." Billboard highlighted their prolific nature, with more than 1,000 live shows under their belt.
• The Fabulous Freddie Mercury Tribute is the spot-on production featuring Randall Shreve, backed with amazing background vocalists, dancers and musicians. The show is one of the world's most spot-on presentations honoring the late Freddie Mercury the super group Queen. Shreve portrays Freddie Mercury like no other. From his looks, charisma, and vocals, he brings to life the genius that was Mercury in every way.
Bridge Street LIVE is a free block party style event scheduled for every Thursday in June on Bridge Street. It features music, food, vendors and a whole lot of fun. The Entertainment District opens at 5 p.m. and the music starts at 7.
