Hot Springs Labor Day Fireworks Set for Sunday, August 31, On Lake Hamilton

HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK, Arkansas — The Labor Day-End-of-Summer-but-Summer-Never-Really-Ends-in-Hot Springs free fireworks display on Lake Hamilton will take place at 8:14 p.m. on Sunday [August 31].

In case of rain the fireworks will be fired off on Monday, Labor Day. They will be fired from barges in the middle of Lake Hamilton on the east side of Highway 7 at the first Highway 7 bridge opposite the DoubleTree Hot Springs hotel. They will be synced with music on radio station 97.5 FM US97 Country when fans watch the display.

“Super Duty Docks and Lifts is our partner in these displays,” Visit Hot Springs CEO Steve Arrison said. “We couldn’t do it without their help in getting the barge in and out of the water to shoot the displays.”

The Labor Day fireworks are one of three free public fireworks displays sponsored by Visit Hot Springs each year — on Memorial Day, July Fourth and Labor Day.
