This Historic building is restored into a first class Boutique Hotel with a fine dinning restaurant attached. Both are unique to the Hot Springs area, as well as the entire regional area.
The Avenue restaurant is led by Le Cordon Bleu graduate and 2015 Arkansas Hospitality Association winner, Casey Copeland. Chef Casey has developed a Southern Artisan Cuisine style of cooking. His menu has a wide variety of unique small plates and shareables, as well as featuring many other high quality style plating. The lounge will focus on craft beer, beautifully rendered cocktails, and quality wines.
