Glow on the Row 2026 will be October 31 in downtown Hot Springs! Light up Downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas with 18,000 free glow sticks on Halloween Night from 5pm-8pm. We offer a safe and friendly environment for witches and ghouls of all ages.
