First Spa City Food Truck Festival To Be Held June 14 – 15 in Hot Springs

HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK, Arkansas — The first ever Spa City Food Truck Festival will be held June 14 and 15 in Hot Springs’ Bridge Street Entertainment District.

More than 30 food trucks serving a variety of food specialties will be on hand from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday, June 14, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 15, according to Megan Weatherford, one of the organizers. A list of the vendors is available at the festival’s Facebook page: Spa City Food Truck Festival.

“We will have a Kid Zone,” Weatherford said, “and El Chapo the inflatable mechanical bull will be set up for rides. There will be two beer gardens and local beer from Superior Bathhouse Brewery will be featured.”

She said there will be a free concert Friday night, June 14, at 6 p.m. by local band the Stone Crows, and a car show on Saturday, June 15, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in adjacent Hill Wheatley Plaza. A concert by FM Live is set for Saturday night from 6:30 to 8:30.
