Free Memorial Day Weekend Fireworks Display Scheduled May 26 on Lake Hamilton

HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK, Arkansas — The annual free public Hot Springs Memorial Day fireworks display will be held Sunday, May 26, at dark on Lake Hamilton.

The fireworks will be fired from barges in the middle of Lake Hamilton on the east side of Highway 7 at the first Highway 7 bridge opposite the DoubleTree Hot Springs hotel.

They will be synced with music on radio station 97.5 FM US97 Country when fans watch the display. In case of rain, the fireworks will be rescheduled for Monday evening, May 27.

The Memorial Day fireworks are one of three free public fireworks displays sponsored by Visit Hot Springs this year. The second will be Thursday, July 4 (rain date Monday, July 5). The Labor Day fireworks display will be held Sunday, September 1 (rain date Monday, September 2).

The 2024 free public Memorial Day Fireworks display over Lake Hamilton will be held Sunday, May 28.

The fireworks start at dark on the east side of Highway 7 across from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the first Highway 7 bridge. They are free and open to the public.

The fireworks will be shot from barges in the middle of Lake Hamilton. In case of rain, they will be rescheduled for Monday, May 29.

The fireworks will be synchronized with music on radio station 97.5 FM US97 when fans watch the display.

The Memorial Day weekend fireworks display is one of three sponsored each year by Visit Hot Springs. The other two are on July Fourth and Labor Day.
