Oaklawn is excited to announce that the Track Kitchen is now fully accessible to the public and we invite you to be among the first to try the new menu. Jana Ford Digby is back as Track Kitchen Manager for the 2018 lice racing season and will be serving up many of her family’s famous recipes from their popular restaurant, Ed’s Place.
Digby’s family owned and operated Ed’s Place for more than 30 years and among the recipes she will be offering is her great-grandmother’s Southern pan fried chicken. Other mainstays on the menu will be cook-to-order breakfasts, which include country potatoes or grits, country ham, biscuits and gravy and daily lunch specials such as meatloaf and BBQ brisket
