Hot Springs’ newest dining experience is now open. The Bugler overlooking Oaklawn’s legendary racetrack, offers a fine dining experience featuring an array of American cuisine, including signature classics along with carefully selected fish and steaks. Meals will be prepared daily with many of the ingredients harvested right here in Arkansas.
